A New Career Direction Starts Here

You Need a Target for an Effective Job Search

  • Assessments & Coaching

Deciding on a new career direction isn’t just about figuring out what you’re good at (skills based). It’s also about determining your career and personal values, identifying what you like to do, how you like to work, and more. These are the things we’ll uncover in the assessments and coaching we do together.

  • Career Transition Plans

Once you have a new target (or two), you need a plan to map out how you’ll get there, what you’ll need (a mentor, apprenticeship, certifications, courses, education) to get you there. At the very least you’ll need the right resume and cover letter to start your journey.

“I am so grateful I found Debbie. I knew I needed a career change but I wasn’t sure what I wanted to do and Debbie helped me figure it out. She was essential in helping me write resumes, cover letters and prep for interviews. I was fortunate to make my job change in under 6 months and I owe that to Debbie. Everyone needs a little help when changing careers and Debbie is the perfect person to have in your corner!
